Customize the look and feel of Windows XP and Windows Vista with WindowBlinds.

It's a Windows utility that enables users to personalize nearly every aspect of the Windows graphical user interface. WindowBlinds can 'skin' your title bars, push buttons, Start bar, radio buttons, and nearly every other part of Windows. There are thousands of freely available skins to choose from.

Use WindowBlinds to make Windows look like another operating system (Mac, Linux) or give it your own unique look and feel. You can also create your own skins using the freely available SkinStudio.

WindowBlinds eliminates the need for any stay-resident program and its design actually uses less memory and resources than the default Windows XP and Windows Vista visual styles.

It also takes advantage of hardware acceleration on modern video cards to increase performance over the default Windows XP/Vista experience.

WindowBlinds has hundreds of different features for enabling users to customize the look and feel of Windows:
● New! Explorer backgrounds feature. This allows users to change the background of their explorer windows and control the colour and opacity. 30 different background textures can be selected by the user including no texture, wet paint, various marbles, and ice effects.
● New! Support for 3 additional titlebar buttons on per pixel skins. These support rollup, help, always on top and command buttons.
● New! Support for dialog background bitmaps - This was disabled on Vista in previous builds.

● New! 64 bit build synced with 32 bit version.

● New! Note that the 64 bit XP build has not been updated. 32 bit apps on 64 bit XP would support the new per pixel buttons, but 64 bit apps will not.
● Applies visual styles that can change the title bars, Start bar, push buttons, radio buttons, and nearly every other element of the Windows UI.
● Takes advantage of hardware acceleration on Windows XP and Windows Vista increasing window drawing performance over Windows by default
